Cancellation Policy
How to ask for an order cancellation and what happens at each stage of fulfilment.
Requesting cancellation
Contact hello@sundayclub.co.in or WhatsApp +91 96069 07177 with your order number and the contact details used for the order.
Before dispatch
Sunday Club will check the current order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible. A request is not complete until Sunday Club confirms it.
To be confirmed by Sunday Club: No fixed cancellation window or guaranteed pre-dispatch cut-off has been supplied.
After dispatch or delivery
Cancellation may no longer be possible after dispatch. After delivery, any available remedy is assessed under the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy rather than treated as a cancellation.
Refund handling
Where a paid order is successfully cancelled and a refund is approved, Sunday Club will confirm the applicable method and status.
